烟草业
烟草业（英语：Tobacco industry）包括从事烟草和烟草相关产品的种植、销售、运输、宣传和分销的公司和个人。[1]由于烟叶能够在除了南极洲之外的全球各地种植，因此烟草业是全球性的产业。
根据《烟草控制框架公约》，“烟草业”包括烟草制造商、烟草产品批发分销商和进口商。这项以证据为基础的条约期望其181个批准的成员国执行与烟草控制有关的公共卫生政策，"保护今世后代免受烟草消费和接触烟草烟雾对健康、社会、环境和经济造成的破坏性后果"。[2]
