《迪克·克拉克的跨年搖滾夜》（英語：Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve）是ABC播出的一档年度电视特别节目，于每年的跨年夜播出。节目主要在纽约市時報廣場录制，现场直播许多流行歌手的演出，并播出時代廣場球一年一度的降球仪式。

2012年，节目由西克雷斯特（左）与克拉克（右）共同主持。这是克拉克去世之前最后一次主持本节目。

节目的创始人是迪克·克拉克。克拉克曾构想制作一档偏向年轻人口味的跨年节目以竞争盖伊·隆巴德的老牌大樂團跨年节目，以此理念制作出了本节目。节目的前两集于1973年和1974年在NBC播出，分别由三狗之夜乐队和喬治·卡林主持，克拉克在节目中承担时代广场记者的工作。1994年后，节目开始由ABC播出，而克拉克也正式成为了节目的主持。

随着盖伊·隆巴德的逝世及其跨年节目的衰退，《跨年搖滾夜》逐渐流行开来，成为流行文化的重要一环，甚至促使克拉克本人出席其他節目模仿自己在节目中的言行。至今，《跨年搖滾夜》已成为美国主要电视网络中收视率最高的跨年特别节目。2012年，节目最高录得2260万收视家庭收视人数，成为尼爾森统计的史上最高收视率之一。[1]

克拉克从1974年到2004年一直主持本节目。然而，在2004年12月，克拉克因中风不得不暂时停止主持节目，其2005年的主持工作由雷吉斯·菲爾賓暂代。克拉克于2006年再次回归节目主持，但由于中风引起的發音問題，他开始和瑞安·西克雷斯特共同主持节目。2007年，菲姬加入主持队伍，负责好莱坞片段的主持。2011年，珍妮·麥卡錫也加入了时代广场的主持。2012年4月18日克拉克去世后，节目由西克雷斯特、麥卡錫与菲姬共同主持至今。
