蛇龟
蛇龟（英语 : Aspidochelon）是流传在中世纪欧洲的类似鲸鱼的海怪。 Aspidochelon是希腊语的（ασπίς“蛇”+ χελώνια“龟”）的复合字。
概要
编辑外形是巨大的海龟或鱼，背上生苔，像浮岛一样的移动。蛇龟会浮在海的中央，水手因误认而登陆，然后再沉入海中使水手溺死。另一说，蛇龟会散发香气，引诱水手登陆，最后再吞食水手。[1][2]。
