Blocking articles related to AFC U-23 Championship

I am a sysop of Vietnamese Wikipedia. There is a football match happening on Jan 27 2018, between Vietnam and Uzbekistan in AFC U23 Tournament. - @Alphama： According to the protection policy here, the page cannot be protected now because the page has not suffered any vandalization. Only high-risk pages (for example, widely used template pages) can be protected before vandalizing is conducted.
