甲狀舌骨外側韌帶
甲狀舌骨外側韌帶（lateral thyrohyoid ligament、lateral hyothyroid ligament）是一種圓形彈性韌帶，形成甲狀舌骨膜的後緣，並通過甲狀軟骨的上角尖端及舌骨的大角的末端。

麥粒軟骨
编辑"麥粒軟骨"(triticeal cartilage)在甲狀舌骨外側韌帶中經常被發現、有時是骨質的，是一個小的"軟骨結節"（軟骨麥粒體(cartilago triticea)）。
