在线猎手(Online predator),亦意译作“网络猎手”或直译为“在线(网络)掠食者”,是指出于性或其它虐待之目的而利用脆弱的儿童或青少年的已成年网络使用者。[1]

网络上未成年人受害会包括儿童性诱拐被成人要求性行为[錨點失效]或性讨论、接收到不想要的色情物质(如含有裸照的邮件等等),以及网上骚扰、威胁和其它不具有“自然‘性’”(not sexual in nature)却带来沮丧、恐惧和尴尬的冒犯性交流。[2]

聊天室即时通讯讨坛社交服务,甚或是电子游乐器都因招来在线猎手而受人诟病。而据2007年的一份研究显示,没有发现一例通过上传个人基本资料在社交网站而成为猎手目标的例子。[3][4][5][1]
